The hotel had stunning views and the rooms were beautiful. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also loved the delicious food served at the restaurant.

The hotel's location was a bit remote, and it was not as conveniently situated as we had hoped. the lack of shuttle service mentioned in the description was also disappointing, as it meant we had to rely on taxis or buses to get around, which added extra cost and inconvenience to our trip.

The staff were excellent! Magnificent service from reception to housekeeping. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety. The view from our suite was truly amazing, offering panoramic views of the hills and Florence. Dining options were great, with the option to eat outside or have room service.
